If your order was placed on a third party website, you cannot return your item to Solid Light, you must contact the other website's customer service team and follow their return process.

Socks may not be returned or exchanged.

Return items may not be worn or washed.

If you are not satisfied with the fit, quality, color, or size of an item, don't hesitate to return it and choose any item in another size or color. We will gladly replace any item that you're not completely happy with!

We do not offer a free return shipping label.

Please include your original order confirmation in your return package stating whether or not you would like a RETURN or EXCHANGE.
